1. Who we are
Trucking Leads is a data service for commercial truck insurance professionals. It is operated by Zynora Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Sample requests: your email address and the state you select.
- Subscriptions: your name, email address, billing details, chosen plan and the states you want lists for. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Correspondence: anything you include when you email us.
Information collected automatically
- Request details: the date and time of a form submission and the approximate country it came from, derived from your IP address.
- Security signals: limited technical information about your browser and connection, used only to confirm that a form is submitted by a person and not an automated program.
3. How we use information
- To send the sample list you requested, and your weekly lists if you subscribe.
- To manage your subscription, process payments and send account and billing messages.
- To answer questions and provide support.
- To protect the website and our service against abuse, fraud and automated misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
6. How long we keep information
We keep sample-request details for as long as they are useful for following up on your request, and subscriber information for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards as needed for billing, tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8).
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and restricted administrative access to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can access it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you email. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor those requests and will not discriminate against you for making them. Email privacy@rigleads.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
9. Carrier records in our lists
Our lead lists are compiled from public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), such as carrier registrations and insurance filings. Trucking Leads is not affiliated with or endorsed by FMCSA.
This public website never shows carrier contact details. Contact information appears only in lists delivered to paying subscribers, who are responsible for contacting carriers in line with applicable laws, including telemarketing and Do-Not-Call rules.
If you represent a carrier and want your company removed from our lists, email privacy@rigleads.com with your USDOT number and we will remove it from future lists.
10. Children
Trucking Leads is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service changes. The current version is always on this page, and we will notify subscribers by email of any material change.
